Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find h way to achieve this. It’s a VISA function and you should have just used the search button to find it and turned on Context Help to get the explanation of what it does. LabVIEW instrument drivers simplify instrument control and reduce test program development time by eliminating the need for you to learn the complex, low-level programming commands for each instrument.
Also think what your main goals labvies for your programming, presumably making IV measurements and not writing drivers.
